Provide fabric, lining, zipper, buckle, webbing or color requirements if available.
Logo & Branding
Confirm embroidery, rubber patch, woven label, screen printing, heat transfer or other logo methods.
Quantity & Target Price
Share estimated order quantity and target price range for feasibility review.
Packing & Market Requirement
Send carton mark, retail packaging, barcode, hangtag or buyer checklist if needed.
Sample Costs and Revision Policy
Sample costs are calculated from the materials, logo method and development work required for the bag. If pattern development, printing setup, custom logo tooling or other mould work is needed, those charges are quoted separately. Shipping is also quoted separately. We do not use one fixed sample price for every bag structure.
Before Sampling Starts
Before sampling begins, please confirm the available dimensions, materials, structure and logo requirements. The sample fee and any applicable pattern-development or tooling charges must be paid before work starts.
Customer-Requested Sample Revisions
If you change the bag structure without changing its dimensions, each revised sample is normally USD 50-80, depending on structural complexity. If the revision changes the dimensions, it is charged as a normal first sample. The revised scope and charge are confirmed before the factory starts the next sample.
Factory Correction
If a factory-made sample does not meet the confirmed requirements, we will remake the sample free of charge. This correction policy applies to the sample itself and does not add an automatic promise about shipping, bulk-order replacement or cash compensation.
Sample Fee Credit
Once cumulative orders reach 1,000 pieces, the sample fee can be refunded or credited toward bulk production under the agreed project terms.

OEM manufacturing is not only copying a sample. It requires material
confirmation, workmanship alignment,production planning and quality checkpoints before shipment.

Final Quotation Confirmation: After the sample is approved, the final bulk quotation is recalculated from the approved materials, dimensions, structure, logo method, workmanship and packing requirements.

MOQ and Final Quotation
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color across our custom bag categories. Colors cannot be mixed within one 50-piece MOQ. A 10-piece request can be handled as a sample order, but it is not treated as a 10-piece bulk-production MOQ.
Customer-specified dyed colors have a separate color MOQ, which is confirmed for the requested material and color. Custom logo setup or tooling is quoted separately when required. The final bulk price is confirmed after sample approval.
Sampling and Production Lead Times

Sampling, production and shipping are separate periods. Tooling time is not automatically added to or included in the regular sample time; the schedule is confirmed for the actual project.
