Yes. A 10-piece request can be handled as a sample order. It is not treated as a 10-piece bulk-production MOQ, so sample-order pricing and conditions apply.

Sample cost depends on the materials, logo method and whether pattern development or tooling is required. Pattern or setup work, logo-related charges, tooling and shipping are quoted separately when applicable. There is no single sample price for every bag.

Yes. Logo-related setup, tooling and shipping are quoted separately when they apply to the project. The quotation will separate these items from the base sample cost.

If you change the structure without changing the dimensions, each revised sample normally costs USD 50-80, depending on structural complexity. If the dimensions change, the revision is charged as a normal first sample.

If the factory-made sample does not meet the confirmed requirements, we will remake the sample free of charge. This applies to correcting the sample and does not automatically include shipping or other order remedies.

Once cumulative orders reach 1,000 pieces, the sample fee can be refunded or credited toward bulk production under the agreed project terms.

The final bulk quotation is recalculated after the sample is approved. It is based on the approved materials, dimensions, structure, logo method, workmanship and packing requirements rather than on an early reference price alone.

A regular sample usually takes 3-7 days. The exact schedule depends on the production processes required for the sample. Typical tooling takes 10-12 days, and projects that require tooling use a separately confirmed sampling schedule. Timing starts after payment is received.

For OEM projects, we work from your confirmed sample, drawing or specifications. For ODM projects, we help develop a practical bag structure from your idea and intended use. Materials, construction, branding and the approved sample are confirmed before bulk production.

We can review the current sample and discuss practical changes to compartments, carrying structure, materials, stitching or packing. Feasibility and cost are confirmed for the actual design; changes should be approved in the sample before production.

Common material options include 210D-400D fabrics, with polyester, nylon and suitable coated fabrics reviewed according to the bag's use. Lining, insulation, webbing, zippers and other components are selected for the confirmed structure and requirements.

Our process is organized into four main quality-control stages: material and accessory inspection, cutting and sewing control, in-process quality checks, and final inspection and packing. Each stage can contain several checkpoints based on the approved sample and agreed order requirements.

Send your inspection checklist, tolerances, defect definitions and packing standards before production. Any sampling plan or AQL requirement is reviewed and agreed for the order; one fixed AQL level is not assumed to apply to every project.

One-year warranty support for confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to the agreed order terms and normal product use. Please provide the order reference, affected quantity, photos and issue details for review.

Our previous ISO 9001 certificate has expired and renewal documentation is in progress. We are not presenting a current ISO 9001 certificate as active. A real SMETA Social Audit Report and FAMA authorization support documentation are available for appropriate buyer review. Sedex membership information is reviewed separately from the SMETA audit. FAMA Authorization Support can be discussed for the relevant licensed program. Please provide the brand, program and buyer requirements so the scope and required approvals can be reviewed. This is not a general factory certification or permission to manufacture for every brand.

Final packing checks cover the agreed bag assortment, quantity, labels, protective packing and carton marks. Requirements are checked against the confirmed packing instructions; any special transport or retailer standard must be discussed in advance.

A first bulk order usually takes 25-30 days, while a repeat order usually takes 20-25 days. Production timing starts after payment is received. Shipping time is separate and depends on the transport method and destination.
