What is the MOQ for custom sports and duffel bags?
The standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and color. A 10-piece request is handled as a sample order rather than a bulk-production MOQ.
How is a sports or duffel bag sample priced?
Sample cost depends on the materials, logo method and whether pattern development or tooling is required. Logo-related charges, tooling, applicable setup work and shipping are quoted separately.
How are sample revisions charged?
A structural revision that keeps the original dimensions normally costs USD 50-80 per revised sample, depending on complexity. A revision that changes dimensions is charged as a normal first sample. If our sample does not meet the confirmed requirements, we will remake it free of charge.
When is the final bulk price confirmed?
The final quotation is recalculated after the sports or duffel bag sample is approved and is based on the approved sample details.
How long do sampling and production take?
Regular samples usually take 3-7 days, depending on the production processes required for the sample. First bulk orders usually take 25-30 days, and repeat orders usually take 20-25 days. These periods start after payment is received. Tooling and shipping schedules are confirmed separately.
