QC SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Checks take place before, during and after production. Each stage can include several checkpoints; the approved sample and agreed inspection plan define what needs to be confirmed.
Review fabric appearance, color and specified components before they enter production.
Check panel dimensions, alignment, stitching and workmanship against the approved construction.
Review bag assembly and component function while corrections can still be made during production.
Check finished appearance, dimensions, function, branding, quantity and packing instructions.
| Risk to review | Main checkpoint |
|---|---|
| Fabric color variation or visible surface defects | Incoming materials |
| Uneven seams or weak strap attachment | Cutting, sewing and in-process review |
| Zipper or buckle function | In-process and finished bag review |
| Incorrect logo position, quantity or packing | Final inspection and packing |
INCOMING MATERIAL INSPECTION
Review color, surface condition and component specifications against the agreed material selection. Fabric, lining, foam, zipper and webbing requirements should be clear before production starts.

Check the agreed color, texture and visible surface condition. Common fabric options include 210D–400D, with suitability reviewed for the actual bag.

Review zipper and puller specifications, opening function, buckles and hooks against the approved component selection.

Compare the specified width, color and visible condition. Confirm lining and foam requirements where the bag construction uses them.
The photos show actual material stock. Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the order.

IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
Review panel shape, dimensions and matching parts before assembly.
Check seam alignment, stitching consistency and visible workmanship against the approved sample.
Review the agreed strap attachments and reinforcement details where required by the design.
Identify an issue, review the affected work and confirm the correction before the next stage.
FINAL INSPECTION & PACKING
The final review brings product and order details together. Buyer-specific tolerances, sampling plans and AQL requirements must be agreed in advance; one fixed AQL standard is not assumed for every order.
Review visible surfaces, seams, cleanliness and workmanship.
Compare agreed dimensions and tolerances with the confirmed specifications.
Review openings, closures, straps and relevant bag functions.
Check the approved artwork, placement, label and branding instructions.
Review unit packing, protective materials, carton marks and shipping instructions.
Confirm the agreed quantity, assortment and order details against the packing instructions.
After-sales support
One-year warranty support for confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to the agreed order terms and normal product use.
